Getting the install right These are designed to be simple. They fit right where your standard fixtures go, and they don’t take up much space. But here is the trick: since the heat is so intense, placement is everything. If you hang them too low, you’ll end up with a “hot spot” that feels like a heat lamp at a buffet—way too hot for the person standing right under it.
